Community Packaged Care Services

IBF's In Home Care or "Community Packaged Care Services" is a combination of quality services which is provided to elderly, frail or disabled persons, wishing to remain living in their own home and within their own community so as to maintain their lifestyle and independence.

Types of In Home Care Available

HACC Low Level Services (CASAMICA)

Casamica provides a range of services to assist older people to maintain their independence at home. The service will assist persons from Cultural and Linguistic Diverse backgrounds.
This program operates from the Northern, Eastern & Southern regions of Adelaide and covers the following in-home care services;
  • Personal care
  • Shopping
  • Domestic assistance
  • Social support
  • Meal preparation

Community Aged Care Packages (CACP)

Our Community Aged Care Packages program provides services to elderly persons who are experiencing problems with day to day activities and wish to remain at home, to maintain their community and family connections.
The service enables the older person to;
  • Remain living at home with maximum control of their lives, at all times maintaining their dignity and independence
  • Receive assistance suited to their individual needs with minimal disruption to their life
  • Continue as an active and valued member of their community
A combination of services includes;
  • Personal care services which provides assistance with personal hygiene
  • Emotional and social support
  • Assistance with household tasks and shopping
  • Assistance with meal preparation and dietary requirements

Extended Aged Care At Home (EACH)

Clients can remain in their home surrounded by their family and friends and receive care from qualified staff to meet their identified needs. Clients receive individual service planning following a needs assessment.
A combination of services includes;
  • Qualified nursing care to manage specialised care needs
  • Personal care services which provides assistance with personal hygiene
  • Emotional and social support
  • Assistance with household tasks and shopping
  • Assistance with meal preparation and dietary requirements

Veterans Home Care

Providing services to the Veteran Community to improve their health & wellbeing and to remain living longer in their own homes.
Services that can be provided are dependent on need and as agreed with the Assessment Agency. IBFSA Inc. are contracted to provide the following services:
  • Personal care services
  • Domestic assistance
  • In-home respite
  • Home & garden maintenance.
