A Consumer Group was formed for clients receiving IBF HACC Low Level - In Home Care services in the southern metropolitan regions.
The first consumer meeting was held in June 2009 followed by a lunch at the Padre Pio Centre.
15 clients attended to have input and discuss a range of topics related to the service. The feedback from those who attended was very positive.
After consultation with the clients, it was decided that the consumer meetings will be held 6 monthly at the Padre Pio Centre.
The next meeting is to be held in November 2009.
